Western Michigan Gets Commitment from S Jaylen Brown

Western Michigan picked up a nice commitment Tuesday when class of 2016 safety Jaylen Brown made a verbal pledge to play for P.J. Fleck and the Broncos, as Steve Wiltfong of 247 Sports reported on Twitter.

Brown, who is a Detroit native, is coming back to his home state to play football and Scout.com’s Allen Trieu thinks he’s a solid pickup.

Brown, a 6’2”, 205-pound safety from Katy, Texas (Mayde Creek High School), is not listed in 247 Sports’ database, but he is listed on Scout.com‘s. He is the 23rd commitment of the 2016 class for Fleck and the Broncos.

He is a big, psychical defender, as you can see for yourself in highlights at HUDL.
