Down 35-14 against No. 18 Memphis (6-0, 2-0) just before half, Tulsa (3-3, 0-2) definitely needed some momentum before heading into the locker room, and boy, did they get it. Just as the clock was ticking toward zero, Tulsa quarterback Dane Evans threw up a ‘Hail Mary’ attempt and wide receiver Keyarris Garrett answered his prayers after two Memphis defenders tip the ball right in his direction.

The Golden Hurricane are now down 42-28 against the undefeated Tigers in the middle of the third quarter. Garrett, though, is in the middle of a great game, as at half he had six catches for 142 yards and two touchdowns.
