Georgia head coach Mark Richt has agreed to a 2-year extension that pushes his contract through the 2019 season. According to the Macon Telegraph’s Seth Emerson, Richt is also getting a raise:
Mark Richt's contract extended two years, through 2019 season, and his salary is increased to $4 million, effective this year.

The new salary puts him in a tie as the fifth-highest paid coach in the SEC along with South Carolina’s Steve Spurrier.
