UCLA’s Myles Jack Will Enter the NFL Draft

According to information relayed by Pete Thamel of Sports Illustrated and Joey Kaufman of the Orange County Register, UCLA star linebacker Myles Jack will enter the NFL Draft.

Neither explicitly say “2016 NFL Draft,” but that’s kind of the general thought on Myles, who recently suffered a “severe” season-ending knee injury while practicing with the Bruins.

The 6’1,” 245-pound preseason All-American made his intentions known this week, and they were relayed by UCLA coach Jim More on Tuesday.

Mora expressed a bit more doubt, per Thamel.

Prior to being hit with a knee injury, Jack posted 15 tackles (nine solo), deflected a pass and even intercepted one. In 2013-14, as a sophomore, he earned all-purpose honors due to his abilities at running and linebacker and started in each of UCLA’s 13 games. In 2013, he started in 12 of 13 games and had two interceptions before being named the Pac-12’s Freshman of the Year.
