Gators fans breathed a big sigh of relief on National Signing Day yesterday when one of the team’s biggest recruiting targets, 5-star defensive end CeCe Jefferson, announced his commitment to play for the Gators. The prized recruit, however, is yet to fax in his official signed letter of intent.
Jon Shumake of the Baker County Press confirmed that the letter has not yet been sent after speaking with Jefferson earlier today:
CeCe Jefferson said he was planning on sending in his NLI today. Said maybe tomorrow, but added he's not changing commitment to #Florida.

Though Jefferson stated that he’s still fully committed to the Gators, a tweet from his father, Leo Jefferson, suggests otherwise:
Yes we are holding out. Florida making to many coaching changes this is not a game it's my son life

Florida defensive line coach Terrell Williams left the Gators to take a position with the Miami Dolphins and CeCe Jefferson tweeted his puzzlement today, leading many to believe that Jefferson could potentially change his mind about committing to the Gators.
Coach Williams really left?…….

Jefferson is a consensus top-10 prospect in the class of 2015 and is the highest-ranked signee in Florida’s recruiting class.
