After injuring his hamstring in Florida State’s win over Wake Forest last Saturday, running back Dalvin Cook returned to practice Thursday, and looks on track to possibly play in the Seminoles’ game against Miami this Saturday.

Cook has sat out the last two days of practice, but on Thursday he worked on stretching out his hamstring, while working on agility and blocking drills. Cook is still listed as day-to-day.
On Wednesday during his radio show, Florida State coach Jimbo Fisher said Cook was making progress and that he would never count out Cook on playing Saturday.
“I don’t ever count Dalvin out,” Fisher said (h/t Brendan Sonnone of the Orlando Sentinel)
Cook, a 6’0”, 203-pound sophomore from Miami, Florida, is one of the best rushers in the country and has registered 570 rushing yards and six touchdowns on 66 carries through four games.
