Bulls Expected to Hire ISU’s Fred Hoiberg

Iowa State’s Fred Hoiberg is expected to be named the new Chicago Bulls head coach, according to Bleacher Report’s Howard Beck:

Holberg played ten seasons in the NBA, including two with the Bulls. He took over the Iowa State program in 2010 and has taken the school to 4-straight NCAA Tournament appearances.

One can only hope he’ll bring his up tempo, outside shooting focused offense to Chicago after the Cyclones became¬†one of the most prolific offenses in college basketball during his tenure. Stay tuned to Today’s U for further updates on the hire and confirmation from the Chicago Bulls’ camp.
