2017 five-star recruit Dylan Moses announced on his Twitter page Monday that he has decommitted from LSU and will explore his options. Moses, a 6’2”, 220-pound linebacker/running back, is widely regarded as the top prospect in the 2017 class. He left a lengthy response on the social media site explaining his rationale:
Moses, who is a hometown kid from Baton Rouge, is ranked as the No.1 recruit in the 2017 class by 247sports and ESPN and the No 2 prospect by Rivals. In his Twitter statement, Moses says he has a lot of love for the LSU staff and that they are still the leader in his recruiting. But the next time he makes his mind up it will be for real with a letter of intent, he says.
Moses will have no shortage of suitors lining up for his services, as he has offers from Alabama, Florida State and Texas among others.
