Two former Vanderbilt football players have been found guilty of rape by a Nashville jury on Tuesday, according to The Tennessean.
The verdict came in regards to what authorities said was an on-campus rape in June of 2013. Brandon Vandenburg faced seven charges and Cory Batey faced nine during the 12-day trial. Sentencing for both will be on March 6th, 2015. Trials for two more former Vanderbilt football players involved in the same incident are still pending.
